1、Radiation curing ink（LED-UV/EB）

The Business Printing Low Energy UV curing series are a UV ink suitable for ultraviolet light-emitting diode (LED-UV) curing. Their color clarity, overprint performance, dot reproducibility is good. High-gloss products can have printing effects similar to those of oil-based ink. This series are also suitable for other UV curing systems (H-UV, ECHO-UV, LE-UV) or reduce the number of UV lamps to save energy.

3. High-Biomass UV Ink-- MontAge α Series Ink (LED-UV)

Product characteristic

The inks are suitable for printing on coated paper, matte paper, and ivory board and offset paper.

The inks have LED-UV curing and oxidation of oils double-cure capability. More than 30% renewable resources are used in the formula. So they greatly improve the deinking of paper recycling

Compared to traditional UV inks, MontAge α offset series inks have better printability, better ink-water balance and anti-misting.

Compared to offset printing inks, MontAge α offset series inks have faster dry speed, significantly reduce the time of post-processing waiting.

It is realizing powder free spraying printing and greatly improving the printing environment.

Instructions and precautions

Suitable for printing on the substrates of coated paper, matte paper, ivory board, offset paper. If the inks are printed on the non-absorbable paper, please consult technical department of HTI ink.

The match of printing speed and lamp power need to be tested before using.

It is recommended to use UV cleaning agent to clean rubber roller and forbidden to use common ink cleaning agent to clean UV rubber rollers

There may appear to slow drying time of MontAge α series inks under some conditions. It will be a good compromise that UV enhancer are added into inks or the inks use with UV overprint varnish and water-based overprint varnish.
